    Default Shortcut keys not working

Some small, but annoying bugs (Win 7 64-bit) :

using ctrl-scrollwheel does not work: no zoom function or strange forward-zooming jumps, render mode switches to quickline and stays in that rendermode.

using ctrl-alt-scrollwheel changes nothing (as far as I can tell)

~ (tilde) to cycle coordinate spaces does nothing

    Tombot,

I've seen ctrl-scrollwheel behaving strangely (and jumping into the quickline mode) a couple of times, but I cannot reproduce it. It behaves normally when I try it. Could have something to do with the scrollwheel sensitivity settings in the mouse control panel.

Ctrl-alt-scrollwheel changes perspective, and it's just the nature of the perspective setting that when you have a nearly orthographic view (low perspective), changing this setting produces almost no effect. While changing perspective look at the widget at the bottom of workspace, which represents the distance to the camera relative to the size of the scene. Once the camera gets close enough to the scene, you'll start seeing pretty dramatic changes in perspective.

I noticed that tilde indeed has no effect when the mouse pointer is in the Edit panel, right after it is used to choose either Move or Rotate tool. Bringing the mouse pointer into the workspace enables tilde. Really, all the keyboard shortcuts were designed to work with the mouse pointer in the workspace. If you move it outside of workspace and into the Edit panel you might as well just click on one of the coordinate space icons.

Thanks for the reply. Still getting the jump-behavior, but I'll test some more...
