Minor: Allow the CTRL key to be mapped to something else for rotating the display

Hi there, as a modo user I use the ALT key an awful lot to rotate the display/objects. When I am in Groboto it is the CTRL key and it drive me nuts - my simple brain can't seem to deal with both!

Any chance we could have the ability to remap that key to ALT? I personally prefer to use the ALT key as this is just what I am more used to - otherwise I'd remap the modo key!

Yes, we want to offer the option to swap the functionality of Alt and Ctrl keys.
