OK, I'm new to this forum and have read a sticky re how to register V2 Groboto to upgrade to V3 Groboto but I have lost my registration number. I purchased my V2 of Groboto from Smith Micro a year or two ago and have lost my registration number. When I initially looked at your site for downloading V3, where it asks for your V2 registration number, your site indicated it could look up my original purchase from Smith Micro. However, I have not heard from them regarding my lost registration number. Is there any way I can prove I have a registered copy of V2 Groboto so I can get an upgrade to V3 Groboto?
