Hi, I am in the same situation here with a purchase through Smith Micro. I need a new serial number to allow me to upgrade to the V3 beta. I have proof of purchase as an email - so how do I send these details to the mayor? Cheers gssev3d
I have been unable to run either the 299 or 299a betas (64 bit). Neither my V2 reg code nor my V3 reg code work - they are both flagged as "invalid registration code". I have tried sending private messages to you twice in the last couple of weeks with reg code info & have not received a reply either time. This is getting frustrating.
