Importing Objects?

Hi, Just got Groboto and love it.
Can I import files other 3D apps like 3DSMax,Silo,Sketchup, etc.

Hello Art, Welcome to GroBoto,

GroBoto does not import meshes. Our geometry & (fast, high quality) rendering are based on quadrics (sometimes called constructive solid geometry).

We are able to convert our geometry to meshes (both for export and fast OpenGL rendering), but we can not handle general meshes like those produced by other apps.

Our New 'SeamNet' OBJ Mesh Export (available only in our version 3 Betas), is very good for going the other direction -- taking GroBoto models into other apps.
